Confidential About the Role We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Organizational Development Team Leader to lead and support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives across a large and diverse organization. The role will partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward and OD programs are aligned with business objectives, market practices, internal equity, and organizational growth.

• Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation reviews.
• Support salary structures, grading, job evaluation, allowances, incentives, and reward frameworks.
• Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and governance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership on reward decisions.
• Monitor compensation trends and recommend improvements based on market and business requirements.

• Lead OD initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational priorities.
• Support organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, job design, and role clarity.
• Develop and implement competency frameworks, career pathways, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Support change management and organizational transformation projects.

• Manage and continuously improve the performance management framework.
• Support goal-setting, KPI development, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to improve performance management practices.

• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics related to compensation, performance, workforce, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, governance standards, and Qatar labor requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive compensation and employee information.

• Lead and develop the Total Rewards & OD team.
• Establish priorities, workflows, KPIs, and service standards for the function.
• Coach team members and ensure timely delivery of HR projects and business requirements.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Finance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, Worldat Work or equivalent is an advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead / Senior Specialist / Managerial HR role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, grading, incentives, and benefits.
• Experience working within large, complex, multi-business-unit organizations is highly desirable.
• Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors or other HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Qatar/GCC HR experience is highly preferred.
