WE ARE HIRING | HR OFFICER - Sterling Restaurants W.L.L
Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented HR professional to support and strengthen our HR function through effective HR operations, data-driven reporting, HR systems, workforce planning, and process improvement. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR master data, and workforce records.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, manpower analysis, and management reports.
- Demonstrate advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, and data analysis.
- Prepare professional HR memos, letters, reports, policies, procedures, and business correspondence.
- Create and maintain organizational charts, reporting structures, and process workflows using Microsoft Visio.
- Support HRMS implementation, system enhancements, HR automation, and process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, data preparation, UAT, and go-live support.
- Support HR audits, compliance, policy development, recruitment reporting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support manpower budgeting and workforce planning, including preparation of annual manpower requirements, headcount budgets, position-wise costing, and monitoring actual headcount against approved budgets.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- HR certifications such as CHRP, CIPD, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a reputable or large-scale organization.
- Strong practical knowledge of HR operations, HR systems, HR analytics, and reporting.
- Experience in HRMS implementation will be highly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
