Position:
Group HR Manager
Location:
Qatar
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within the FMCG industry.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in FMCG organizations is essential.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units, companies, or holding group structures is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Develop and execute a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
