We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRB
P) to partner with business leaders in driving people strategy, organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness across a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Lead performance management and organizational development activities
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of key talent.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and HR governance requirements
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP role.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Change Management.
- Experience with in a large, fast-paced, multicultural organization.
