About the Business Unit:The Technology Unit within Ooredoo is the backbone of the organization providing all technology services which enable Ooredoo to deliver its services to its customers across all technology platforms, 24/7/365. In other words, it's responsible for the management of all Ooredoo networks, technology infrastructure/ platforms and processes to achieve fast time‑to‑market, high operational efficiency, and support product/ service innovation, and ultimately drive the financial performance of Ooredoo.
About the Role:The role is responsible for leading IT delivery processes across all technology platforms. This role acts as the focal point for System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring robust test planning, execution, and timely resolution of issues across all impacted IT platforms and core networks. The manager coordinates the end-to-end release management lifecycle, from development through to production deployment with Data Centre and NOC, ensuring releases are delivered efficiently, error‑free, and in compliance with industry standards.

Experience in E2E solution development and with the ability to define and implement complex information technology and/or digital transformation initiatives.
Working experience of Dev Ops and CI/CD toolsets.
Implementation experience of transitioning to a Dev Ops culture.
Experience in Build management, deployment and change management and, version control.
Good working knowledge and past experience on Program/Project Management practices, Team Leading, Contract / SLA / OLA Management and Development Lifecycle including Design
Thinking and Agile Practices and Methodologies
In-depth understanding of the software delivery lifecycle within a communications service provider (CSP) and digital service provider (DSP) environment.
Well versed in the telecoms applications stack which make up the IT and core network systems.
Hands on experience in planning, prioritizing, tracking, risk and dependency management, testing, and release communication along with overseeing
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Telecom or Computer & Communications or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
