We are looking for a seasoned Senior Dev Ops Engineer to lead and optimize Dev Ops practices across complex IT ecosystems. This role is critical in driving automation, scalability, and reliability for mission‑critical applications while fostering a strong Dev Ops culture within the organization.

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer at Mind Stream, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge Dev Ops solutions for enterprise‑scale environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline software delivery pipelines, enhance infrastructure automation, and ensure robust security and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to work on high‑impact projects leveraging multi‑cloud platforms, container orchestration, and advanced CI/CD methodologies.

You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior engineers and influencing strategic technology decisions that shape the future of our IT operations.

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for complex applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate security practices (SAST, DAST, and composition analysis) into Dev Ops workflows.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and budgeting strategies across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Mentor team members and champion Dev Ops best practices across the organization.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dev Ops or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell).
• Multi‑cloud experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor, Cloud Watch).
• Strong networking and security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with advanced cloud‑native architectures.
• Familiarity with Git Ops workflows and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of container security and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to serverless computing and microservices design.
• Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
