Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technician - Digital Delivery to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of digital content to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and security.

  • Manage and optimize digital content delivery systems and processes
  • Monitor and maintain digital asset management platforms to ensure content availability and accessibility
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to content delivery and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital delivery workflows
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain content security measures, including digital rights management (DRM) protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital content delivery
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients regarding digital delivery processes
  • Optimize content for various platforms and devices to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for digital content management and delivery
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital content delivery or a similar role
  • Proficiency in content management systems and digital asset management tools
  • Strong understanding of digital content formats, delivery methods, and network protocols
  • Experience with content delivery networks (CDNs) and optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) and content security best practices
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends quickly
  • Experience with cloud-based content delivery platforms is a plus
