Key Responsibilities- Define end‑to‑end security architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
- Design and implement Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Security Policies, and Functional Security.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and organizational security.
- Lead security stream in large‑scale transformation programs.
- Drive requirement gathering, security blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go‑live phases.
- Develop and manage custom roles, duty roles, and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Ensure secure integration with third‑party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Implement audit trails, monitoring, and reporting for security management.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and Business teams to align security policies.
- Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.
- 12-16 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Security design, Identity & Access Management, and Compliance within Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third‑party system integration.
- Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.
