We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to facilitate the successful delivery of AI and ML initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-team integrations and communications, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal integrations, enabling clear and efficient collaboration.
• Plan project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI initiatives with broader organizational projects and processes.
• Promote best practices in project delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management.
• Strong familiarity with core technology concepts, from architecture to delivery workflows.
• Hands‑on experience navigating end-to-end AI/ML project life cycles, from scoping and data readiness to deployment and iteration.
• 4+ years of project management experience in AI, ML, or tech‑driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination.
• Expertise with monitoring and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• SQL knowledge for basic checks, validation, and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with in delivery/logistics industries.
