About the job Service Support Specialist
Minimum Experience:
9 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.
6 years of professional experience in ICT client support, system administration and service management operations in an enterprise level environment.
Job SpecificSkills:
- Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks and vendor specific solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure solutions and Teams administrator certifications.
- Excellent knowledge in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Azure cloud systems, Office 365, VMware, Active Directory and group policy management.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in patch management operations and tools.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry, trends, architectures, integrations, and process computing.
- Good knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Good knowledge and practice of team's coaching and mentoring.
