Senior Field Service Engineer – Analytical Instruments
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in high‑end analytical instrumentation and a proven track record of maintaining excellence in laboratory environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication (E&C), Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 4–10 years of professional experience specifically in Thermo Fisher instrument service and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide expert‑level technical support and advanced troubleshooting for complex systems, including IC, LCMS, GCMS, ICP‑MS, ICP‑OES, and other Thermo Fisher instruments.
- Training: Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for customers to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
- Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs to ensure maximum uptime for client laboratories.
