Infrastructure Manager
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and upgrading the organization’s technology infrastructure. He ensures the availability
, performance
, security
, and scalability of all IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, data centers, and security components.
- Oversee servers
, networks
, storage systems
, virtualization
, and potential cloud platforms - Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
- Manage data centers and server rooms.
- Lead cybersecurity policies (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management, audits).
- Supervise backups, business continuity (BCP), and disaster recovery plans (DRPli>
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, etc…)
- Manage a team of system engineers, network engineers, support technicians, Dev Ops, etc.
- Prioritize critical incidents and coordinate technical interventions.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and integration partners.
- Drive modernization projects
: cloud migration, network redesign, deployment of collaborative tools. - Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (SLA, uptime, performance).
- Optimize costs and propose a strategic technology roadmap.
- System administration:
Windows Server, Linux. - Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, Cisco, Fortinet, routing & switching.
- Cloud & virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure/AWS.
- Monitoring tools:
Zabbix, Nagios, Centreon, Grafana. - Cybersecurity: firewalls, IAM, SIEM, security audits.
- Dev Ops knowledge is a plus:
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Leadership & team management.
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic vision and anticipation capability.
- Rigor, service‑oriented mindset, autonomy.
- Master’s degree or engineering degree in IT, networking, or computer systems.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in systems/network engineering or IT administration.
- Proven experience in team management or cross‑functional project leadership.
