Job Summary
Providing telephone and email support for clients and users on technical matters while resolving or escalating incidents in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Deliver first‑level IT support remotely over the phone and using remote tools.
- Resolve incidents or escalates reporting incidents in a timely manner.
- Work with Microsoft operating systems, the Office suite, and related tools.
- 2-3 years of experience providing first‑level IT support remotely in a service desk environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft operating systems and the Office suite.
- Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and O365 administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and O365.
- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably HP/Microfocus Service Manager, is an asset.
- Industry certifications such as MCITP, MCTS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CCNA, and CCNP, supported by practical hands‑on experience.
