About the Role
This is a transformative leadership role in the Information Technology division of QR Group. This role owns the end to end Digital Infrastructure and IaaS (Infra-as-a service) strategy and delivery across various. You will own infrastructure, platforms, hybrid cloud, service management, and end user technologies—shaping demand with business leaders and turning technology into measurable business value and competitive advantage.
Strategic Accountabilities- Set the long-term Technology vision & investment roadmap aligned to divisional goals; define KPIs that drive IT value realization.
- Shape demand with executive stakeholders, evaluating supplier proposals and building business cases for joint initiatives.
- Drive hybrid cloud transformations (IaaS/PaaS) and advance ML & AI adoption to unlock scale and resilience. Continuously optimize IT performance, updating processes and playbooks for governance, risk, and delivery excellence.
- Own business value outcomes for technology programs; track and report impact, ensuring on time, on budget delivery to agreed outcomes.
- Lead large, matrixed engineering & operations teams (in house, on/off shore) to deliver mission critical platforms and services.
- Act as principal technology advisor to business heads; proactively close service gaps and uplift experience, reliability, and compliance.
- Own portfolio investment budgets and roadmaps, sequencing capabilities to meet business expectations and risk thresholds.
- Ensure end to end project delivery from strategy to run—governance, value tracking, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with Minimum 15+ years of experience in leading a large-scale IT services, technology, infrastructure, and cloud services team.
- Experience in hybrid cloud architecture (Azure, GCP)
- Experience in managing Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in leading the adoption of Global SD-WAN technologies
- Prior experience in managing 24/7 IT Command center, IT Service Management, End-user Technology management and IT Service Support
- Understand Physical security and surveillance management system
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale digital transformation and innovation programs.
- Experience managing a large complex team operating out of multiple geo-sites.
- Strong vendor management and service recovery experience.
