Data Analyst

The Analyst in the Strategy department will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic initiatives across the organization. The role holder will conduct in-depth data and market analysis, develop compelling presentations for senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance. The endeavor will directly inform business planning, performance tracking, and decision-making at the highest levels of our organization.

• Develop concise and visually appealing presentations tailored to senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Conduct thorough market research to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Use analytical and other techniques to perform data analysis and draw insights from available information.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Automate recurring data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ensuring that data analysis is performed to a high standard.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure the accuracy of analyses.
• Provide proposals on how data analytics could be used to improve the effective execution of Strategy Office’s mandate.
• Effectively contribute to projects or reviews through data analytics.
• Gain positive feedback from senior members

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related fields
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics, or Tableau Certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and ability to prioritise and delegate work
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis
