HCM - Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Technical Lead to join our team in Qatar for a 1-year onsite engagement. The role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and solutions
, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP HCM modules
, technical leadership, and end-to-end solution delivery.

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of HCM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage system configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise applications.
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within HCM systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and architecture diagrams.
• Oversee issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements of HCM systems.
• Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging HCM technologies to optimize HR operations.
• Support governance processes and ensure adherence to organizational policies.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead with focus on HCM / HR systems (SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Recruitment).
• Hands-on experience in system integration, customization, and reporting.
• Expertise in data migration, workflow design, and security roles management.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and project methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
