Oracle Fusion SCM Lead consultant; Sourcing & iSupplier Onsite

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Consultant (Sourcing & iSupplier) for a 3-month onsite contract in Qatar. The consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules, specifically Sourcing and Supplier Portal (iSupplier). The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and excellent communication skills to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM Sourcing and iSupplier modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional designs.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM applications as per project requirements.
• Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Support data migration and integration with other modules (Procurement, Inventory, Payables, etc.).
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues promptly.

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, with strong hands-on expertise in Sourcing and iSupplier modules.
• Proven involvement in at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) processes.
• Familiarity with integration points across SCM modules.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Oracle SCM Cloud certification is preferred.
