Job Overview:

As a Senior SharePoint Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create custom solutions that enhance organizational processes and workflows. The developer should be skilled in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that SharePoint-based solutions are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Customize SharePoint Solutions:
  Design, develop, and implement high-quality SharePoint solutions, including websites, applications, and workflows. Customize SharePoint sites to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Maintenance and Support:
  Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites and applications.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  Work closely with business analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• User Experience and Design:
  Focus on user experience and design, ensuring that SharePoint sites are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Best Practices and Standards:
  Follow best practices in SharePoint development and stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SharePoint technology.
• Testing and Documentation:
  Conduct thorough testing of SharePoint applications to ensure functionality and performance. Document the development process and create user manuals.
• Training and User Adoption:
  Assist in training end-users and promoting the adoption of SharePoint solutions within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Familiarity with Nintex and Power Automate.
• Experience with building custom solutions for SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework and Power Apps is a great plus.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and tools like React or Angular is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Administration and Power Shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
