Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented ICT Shared Services & Managed Services Executive to drive the delivery of our ICT Managed Services within a multi-tenant shared services framework. This role is pivotal in managing shared services operations, overseeing outsourcing delivery models, and coordinating with offshore resourcing centers to ensure seamless service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding stringent SLA compliance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring service segregation and security across multiple clients.
Coming from an established ICT services provider, you will contribute to bid responses and stakeholder management, ensuring our service delivery is scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with the high standards expected by our enterprise and government clients in Qatar. Your expertise will ensure the effective operation of our ICT platforms and the governance of our distributed delivery models.
- Drive delivery of ICT Managed Services within a multi-tenant shared services framework.
- Manage shared services operations, outsourcing delivery models, and coordinate with offshore resourcing centers to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold stringent SLA compliance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service segregation and security across multiple clients.
- Contribute to bid responses and stakeholder management; ensure service delivery is scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with enterprise and government client standards in Qatar.
- Ensure effective operation of ICT platforms and governance of distributed delivery models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ICT Managed Services, Shared Services, or Outsourcing environments.
- Proven experience managing ICT operations under a multi-tenant, shared services model.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong background in ITIL-based service management environments.
- Proficiency in managing service delivery against contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Experience supporting bid submissions and RFP responses for ICT services.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working within large enterprises, government, or regulated environments.
- Professional work experience in the GCC or specifically Qatar.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other service management frameworks.
- Experience with risk, compliance, and security oversight in a shared services context.
- Strong financial acumen related to service costing and P&L management.
