C2M Solution Architect

Responsibilities

We are urgently looking for C2M Solution Architects to support customer-to-meter (C2M) initiatives using Oracle Utilities solutions. The role involves leading functional design, solution architecture, and technical guidance for billing and customer systems.

• Lead the functional design and architecture of Oracle Billing and Customer-to-Meter (C2M) solutions based on business requirements.
• Support the design and architecture of customer and billing systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with overall customer and billing architecture.
• Maintain and update solution design and architecture documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Guide data migration and system integration strategies.
• Lead and oversee customization and extension of Oracle Utilities solutions.
• Implement and enforce security best practices within Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Support and deliver training sessions for IT teams and business users on Oracle Utilities functionalities.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement teams to support ISO, Risk Management, and ISMS compliance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities C2M / Billing solutions.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture and functional design for large-scale utility systems.
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and customization of Oracle Utilities products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in environments requiring ISO / ISMS / Risk Management compliance.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams effectively.
