Overview
We are seeking a Strategic PMO Analyst to play a critical role in overseeing the strategic direction of our IT programs and projects. This position is central to ensuring that all IT initiatives are perfectly aligned with the organization's overarching goals and deliver significant strategic value. The ideal candidate will guide the strategic direction of projects, lead the execution of key IT initiatives, and act as a primary communicator to senior management.

- 5+ years of IT work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar strategic or PMO role.
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic project and program management, with a proven ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in formal project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or other relevant standards.
- Advanced skills in using tools like Excel and Power BI for performance tracking, KPI analysis, and executive reporting.
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic project risks.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite for documentation, presentation, and collaboration.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications.
- Strong skills in high-level stakeholder communication and management.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within an IT department.
- Ability to develop comprehensive communication strategies for high-visibility programs.
- Experience in developing and maturing PMO processes and frameworks.
