Strategic Partnership Manager

About the positionAs a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will own the end-to-end pipeline for Car Marketplace initiatives, driving scalable growth and seamless integration into the QIC ecosystem. You will build and nurture strong partner relationships with auto dealers, acting as a trusted point of contact to achieve shared business goals.
Responsibilities- Research, qualify, and prioritize ecosystem partners
- Lead intro calls, discovery, and partner presentations
- Clearly articulate ecosystem value proposition and business benefits
- Align commercial terms and drive partners to LOI / agreement
- Own the partnership pipeline from sourcing to signed LOI
- Ensure clear documentation and structured handover to Operations
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Qatar or GCC market experience is a must
- Fluent English/Arabic —both writing and speaking
- Proven ability to qualify partners and close complex deals
- Experience with commercial negotiations and LOIs
- High process and documentation discipline
- Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystems will be a huge advantage
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period
- We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countries
- Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
