Sales Lead, IT​/Tech, Technical Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead to drive growth, win new clients, and expand our footprint across advanced technology solutions. This role is for a self-starter with strong commercial instincts, deep tech exposure, and a proven ability to close complex, enterprise-level deals.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across advanced technology solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Lead sales initiatives across Advanced Analytics, AI, Cloud Native Applications, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Data Classification & DLP, Command & Control Centers, IoT, and Smart Solutions
• Conduct market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demos
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 6–8 years of proven experience in technology sales
• Strong background in enterprise and solution-based selling
• Solid understanding of AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, Analytics, IoT, and large-scale technology solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Established network and industry connections
• Fluency in English
