Overview
This role combines technical project management, coordination, and site work oversight for the Cybersecurity track. It supports the Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and Track Lead and Operations Team by managing schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and site activities. The position ensures smooth execution of cybersecurity work streams through structured communication, timely follow-ups, and accurate deliverable tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in organizing daily cybersecurity activities.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Consolidate vendor and team inputs into structured documents.
- Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and flag risks/delays.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and workshops with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication across project parties.
- Control and track submissions (HLD, LLD, BOQ, risk registers, ITPs, material approvals, technical submittals).
- Ensure compliance with standards and version control.
- Log reviews, comments, revisions, and approvals.
- Manage multi-vendor and subcontractor activities.
- Organize sessions to resolve IT/OT/network dependencies.
- Liaise with consultants for compliance and query resolution.
- Coordinate site access, permits, and vendor mobilization.
- Verify site readiness (power, racks, cabling, connectivity).
- Track installation, testing, commissioning, and integration.
- Maintain snag lists, NCRs, and support SAT/UAT activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
- Track risks/issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity governance and project controls.
- Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8+ years in project coordination, PMO, or delivery roles.
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure projects, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) delivery models.
- Skilled in scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and PM tools.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Multi-vendor/subcontractor management.
- Documentation control and version management.
- Effective communication and meeting facilitation.
- Scheduling, planning, and disciplined follow-up.
- Problem-solving and escalation handling.
- High attention to detail and structured approach
