Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud

Responsibilities

• Act as PMO lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs, overseeing scope, plans, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Own and manage project governance
  : steering committees, weekly status meetings, RAID logs, decision logs, and change control.
• Work closely with client business and IT stakeholders to define scope, phasing, and delivery roadmap for Fusion Cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional leads to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans, milestones, and resource plans
  .
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates in both Arabic and English.
• Lead client-facing workshops and discussions around scope, delivery approach, timelines, and benefits realization.
• Support solutioning activities
  : understand end-to-end Fusion Cloud capabilities and how they address client requirements; challenge and refine solution options from a delivery and value perspective.
• Dedicate roughly 50% of time to GTM and sales support
  : drive proposal generation, structure RFP responses, proposals, SoWs and effort estimates, coordinate demos/POCs, and support pipeline and account reviews with the sales and solution teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management and quality standards
  , including documentation, sign-offs, testing governance, cutover, and hypercare planning.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues early
  , proposing pragmatic mitigation plans and engaging stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on project management discipline, client communication, and documentation standards
  .

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  .
• Experience:
• 10–12 years total experience in technology / management consulting or enterprise IT.
• At least 5+ years of PMO / project management experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud or large Oracle ERP/EPM programs
• Demonstrated track record in leading medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or rollouts (multi-module or multi-country preferred).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud solution landscape (e.g., Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM) and typical implementation lifecycle, methodologies, and deliverables

• Program / project planning, tracking, and reporting
  .
• Scope, change, and risk management for complex engagements.
• Hands-on experience in proposal generation
  : RFP responses, solution write-ups, project approaches, commercial and effort estimation support.
• Language:
• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong English (spoken and written) for business communication and documentation.

• Experience with regional clients in GCC (Qatar, KSA, UAE) in sectors such as government, utilities, F&B, or large enterprises.
• Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies and cloud delivery models

• Exposure to AI / analytics / automation use cases around ERP/EPM (e.g., reporting, workflow optimisation, controls).
• Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile and/or Oracle Cloud certifications
  .
• Experience working in or with Big 4 or specialised technology consulting firms
  .
• Strong program and project management discipline with attention to detail and structure.
• Executive-level communication skills
