Delta Corporation is seeking a SAP FICO Business Consultant for a 6-month on-site contract based in Doha, Qatar
.

The consultant will support and stabilize financial processes within SAP S/4

HANA
, working closely with Finance and Business Technology teams. The role focuses on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliant accounting processes, and effective cost control in a manufacturing and oil & gas environment.

This is a hands-on consulting role
, ideal for an experienced SAP FICO professional who can quickly assess the current landscape, resolve issues, and deliver measurable improvements within a defined timeframe.

• Analyze and support SAP FI/CO processes
  , including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Profit Centers
• Identify gaps, issues, and inefficiencies in current SAP financial processes and propose corrective actions
• Configure and optimize SAP FICO settings in line with business and statutory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  , reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end integration
• Support system enhancements, change requests, and corrective fixes
• Assist with data validation, master data governance, and financial controls
• Provide functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Support audits and compliance-related requirements where applicable

• Proven experience as a SAP FICO Business Consultant / Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and CO in S/4
  
  HANA or ECC
• Solid understanding of manufacturing accounting
  , cost structures, and inventory valuation
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with business and finance stakeholders
• Availability for on-site work in Doha, Qatar
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
