Hiring globally and fully remote, we  a team of 50 and we  planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months.

Hi, I  Omar 👋, Head of Partnerships for MENA  are at an inflection moment: the product works, the market is ready, and the region is wide open.

I  looking for someone who wants to be in the arena: meeting partners, shaping deals, and building something that didn’t exist before. If you  excited by ownership, learning fast, and seeing your work turn into real-world impact, this role will stretch and reward you.

The "zero-to-one" phase is the most exciting time to join a startup. We have already proven the product-market fit with over 1M users; now, we are building the regional engine to scale that success into the B2B world.

• Solve a Universal Pain Point: Roamless is redefining global connectivity. You’ll be selling a product that solves a real, expensive problem for travelers and businesses.
• Build the MENA Blueprint: This role exists to turn our global potential into a regional reality. You won  just be following a script; you  be the one opening doors, shaping partnerships, and launching pilots across Qatar and MENA.
• Establish Industry Dominance: You will lead the charge in making Roamless the default connectivity partner for the region’s biggest sectors, including banks, airlines, travel platforms, and major enterprises.
• A "Builder" Career Path: This is not a "support" role. It is a high-autonomy, high-speed position designed for someone who wants to own their territory and has a clear path toward becoming a regional BD lead as we scale to 100+ people.

• Contribute to business development in Qatar and to partnerships expansion across MENA
• Build and manage a live pipeline of partners (banks, airlines, travel platforms, enterprises, events)
• Lead outbound efforts: research, outreach, discovery calls, and follow-ups
• Qualify opportunities and structure partnership models (affiliate, reseller, co-branded, employee offers, pilots)
• Coordinate pilots and launches with internal teams (product, growth, ops)
• Maintain partner relationships post-signing to ensure momentum and growth
• Feed market insights back into product and growth teams
• Help shape a repeatable BD playbook for the region

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial instinct and curiosity about how businesses make money
• Structured thinking and follow-through
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
• Grit, ownership, and resilience in ambiguous environments
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is a strong plus
• Command of CRM software

• A baseline understanding of how telcos and eSIM technology work, or the curiosity to become an expert quickly.
• Technical Fluency:
  Comfort discussing API or technical integration concepts with potential partners.

• We are a fully remote team, however, for this role, we are looking for someone based in Doha, Qatar.
