Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal & Asset Tracking Solutions Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of our smart venue initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing real-time tracking systems that are crucial for enhancing fan safety, operational efficiency, and the overall visitor experience. You will deploy cutting-edge solutions using technologies like RFID, BLE, and UWB to monitor crowd flow, manage critical assets, and support emergency response.

This position requires seamless integration of tracking data with mobile apps, command centers, and digital twin platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise to optimize system performance, ensure data privacy and security compliance, and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics. You will work collaboratively with IT, security, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions that define the future of fan engagement and venue management.

• Lead the design and implementation of smart venue tracking initiatives (personal and asset tracking) in real-time systems.
• Develop and manage tracking capabilities to enhance fan safety, operational efficiency, and visitor experience.
• Deploy technologies such as RFID, BLE, and UWB and integrate tracking data with mobile apps, command centers, and digital twin platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in personal tracking, asset tracking, IoT, or smart venue solutions.
• Hands-on experience with tracking technologies such as RFID, BLE beacons, UWB, and GPS.
• Proficiency with IoT platforms, system integration, and analytics dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience integrating tracking solutions with mobile apps, command & control centers, or digital twin platforms.
• Strong understanding of real-time data analytics and visualization for operational insights.
• Proven experience in managing system testing, commissioning, and performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR), cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications in IoT, smart infrastructure, or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Direct experience implementing solutions in sports venues, large-scale events, airports, or enterprise campuses.
• Experience in developing documentation, creating dashboards, and providing training for technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with OT (Operational Technology) environments and their convergence with IT systems.
• Project management experience leading complex technology deployments.
