A leading engineering firm in Qatar is seeking a Helpdesk Team Lead to supervise IT helpdesk operations and ensure high-quality technical support services. This role involves leading the helpdesk team, managing support workflows, and resolving escalated issues. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in IT support, preferably with supervisory experience, and possess strong leadership and analytical skills.

A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, along with expertise in Windows systems and helpdesk tools.
