Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions to meet business requirements.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands‑on experience in Service Now development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
- Experience with Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Familiarity with Service Now integrations.
- Service Now certification (preferred).
- Contract: 6 months (Onsite in Doha/Kuwait/Saudi)
