Responsibilities

  • Working with HP’s networking technology mainly Aruba for access switches, wireless, and Aruba NAC solution Clear Pass.
  • Establish the network environment by designing system configurations, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Do the configuration of LAN, WAN and wireless equipment.
  • Prepare NIP and NRFU and final project documents.
  • Have VMWare and security knowledge.
  • Successfully resolve complex technical issues involving hardware and software for internal or external businesses.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer‑relations questions on subjects such as configuration and repair issues, based on customer entitlement.
  • Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end‑users in avoiding or reducing problem occurrence.
  • Act as a project lead providing on‑site support to team activities and facilitate information validation and team decision‑making processes.
  • Document new issue resolution techniques and add these to the knowledge base.
  • Partner with the Project Managers to provide SOW, HLD, LLD, and project documentation.
  • Partner with the Project Managers to sign off projects at the planned time.
  • Participate in 24x7 rota to provide second‑level support for contracted customers.
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time and follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, and update the Service Manager cases on time.
  • Respond within agreed time limits following customer contract and work continuously on a task until completion by applying a hardware replacement, software confi.
