Core Qualifications
- 8+ years in container platform design and implementation.
- Strong experience with Red Hat Open Shift (v4.x) architecture and components.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals and container orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience deploying Open Shift on Azure (ARO or self‑managed clusters).
- Familiarity with Azure networking, storage, and security services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
- Understanding of container security, image scanning, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Open Shift Administration or Architecture.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi‑cluster designs.
- Familiarity with service mesh (Istio) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
