In this role, you will be responsible for building data content (data product and dashboards) for a specific stakeholder portfolio, working with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, identify trends and patterns within data sets, and contributing to company‑wide data initiatives. You will analyse complex data sets, develop insightful dashboards, build predictive models, and provide data‑driven insights to senior management through dashboards and presentations.

• Oversee data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling to identify trends and patterns in large data sets.
• Design and implement data visualisations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate key insights and metrics.
• Support the implementation of ETL processes, data models, and data pipelines to ensure data is clean, accurate, and available.
• Respond to user requests and develop new dashboards or enhance existing ones to meet commercial stakeholders’ needs.
• Document findings, develop executive summaries, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Communicate updates and news concerning new datasets, dashboards, analytical enhancements, and system faults to all stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the team up to date with the latest analytical and data‑management techniques.
• Support the deployment of effective training programmes, both face‑to‑face and virtual, for the commercial departments to upgrade analytical and technical skills.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure optimal performance of the analytical platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data mining, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Advanced data visualisation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power
  
  BI, or Qlik View.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
