Job Description
Legal Data Analysis:
Collecting, classifying, and analyzing legal data relevant to the postal sector.
Preparing Legal Reports:
Designing and preparing periodic and specialized reports that include performance indicators and legal risk analyses.
Developing Analytical Models:
Proposing and developing analytical tools to monitor cases, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Improving Databases:
Working on improving the quality of legal data and ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
Supporting Decision-Making:
Providing data-driven analyses and recommendations to support the legal decision-making process.
Coordinating with Stakeholders:
Collaborating with legal teams and departments to ensure the consistency of reports with work requirements.
Team Training:
Transferring knowledge and building the capacities of the Legal Affairs Unit team regarding best practices in data analysis and report preparation.
Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Administration, or related field
Professional certifications (advantageous):
- Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Regulatory Governance
- Project Management (CAPM / PMP – optional)
