Senior Software Tester​/Senior QA Engineer

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end QA for enterprise web and mobile solutions built on ASP.NET/.NET, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, Kony, React Native…etc. Combine hands‑on testing and automation with release readiness, defect leadership, and quality governance.

• Create test plans and drive traceability from requirements/user stories to test cases and results.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and compatibility testing for .NET web apps and APIs.
• Test SharePoint Online solutions and Microsoft 365 integrations (permissions, workflows, Graph‑based scenarios).
• Plan and run non‑functional testing: performance/load/stress, basic security checks, and resiliency scenarios.
• Build and maintain automated tests for web/API/mobile and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own defect lifecycle: report, triage, verify fixes, and provide release go/no-go recommendations.

• 6+ years in software testing/QA with senior ownership of releases.
• Strong experience testing ASP.NET/.NET web applications, REST APIs, and Cloud applications.
• Experience testing SharePoint Online solutions and enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and mobile‑to‑API integrations.
• Strong test design, evidence‑based defect reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Hands‑on Azure Dev Ops (Boards/ Test Plans/ Repos/ Pipelines) and Git‑based workflows (PRs, branches).
• Test automation with Playwright/Selenium (web), Postman/Newman or code‑based API tests, and/or Appium (mobile).
• Load/performance/stress testing using tools such as JMeter or Azure Load Testing.
• Bilingual communication (Arabic and English) is a strong advantage.

• Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and pragmatic risk assessment.
• Strong collaboration with engineering/Dev Ops; able to mentor junior testers.
• Structured problem‑solving and clear communication across technical and business teams.
