Brief Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Tech Consulting organisation specialising in Oracle Fusion Cloud and digital transformation across the GCC. The business is seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud PMO to lead the governance and delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, while also playing a key role in GTM, proposal development, and sales support.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to an Arabic-speaking consulting leader with deep experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PMO delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to contribute to commercial and pre‑sales activities. The role will be split approximately 50% delivery leadership and 50% GTM / sales support.
Requirements:
- Preferred but not essential - Arabic Speaker
- Experience working with GCC clients (Qatar, KSA, UAE) highly desirable
- 10–12 years’ experience within technology consulting or enterprise IT environments
- 5+ years’ experience in PMO / Project Management roles on Oracle Fusion Cloud or large Oracle ERP/EPM programmes
- Proven track record leading medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (multi‑module or multi‑country preferred)
- Strong experience acting as PMO lead across complex transformation programmes, managing scope, plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Extensive experience establishing and running project governance, including steering committees, RAID logs, reporting, and change control
- Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, phasing, and implementation strategies
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud landscape (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM) and delivery methodologies
- Hands‑on experience supporting GTM and sales activities, including RFP responses, proposals, Statements of Work, and effort estimation
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior consultants in project management and client delivery best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and/or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation initiatives within ERP/EPM environments is advantageous
