Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the science behind digital engagement and paid advertising.
This role is not limited to content posting. It requires a professional who understands how algorithms work, how audiences respond to digital stimuli, how ad auction systems function, and how to systematically optimize campaigns to drive measurable commercial results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, engagement, and revenue across Qatar Living’s digital ecosystem using structured experimentation, data analysis, and behavioral marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Paid Media Management- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms
- Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) and optimize for cost efficiency and performance
- Improve Quality Score, Ad Relevance Score, and engagement metrics
- Continuously reduce Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and increase Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Track and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Build structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Interpret performance insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies
- Apply behavioral psychology principles (social proof, urgency, authority, scarcity) to campaigns
- Segment audiences based on user behavior and intent
- Optimize conversion funnels to improve user journey and retention
- Identify friction points and implement improvements to increase conversions
- Drive acquisition and engagement across Qatar Living verticals (Jobs, Properties, Vehicles, Deals, etc.)
- Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Support revenue-generating campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize advertiser performance
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates
- Support technical and content improvements in collaboration with the technology team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles
- Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets with measurable ROI
- Strong understanding of digital ad auction systems and optimization mechanics
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools
- Experience in marketplace, classified platforms, or e-commerce environments is preferred
- Data-driven decision making
