Educational Qualifications

- Mandatory Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in: o Help Desk and technical support services
- Minimum 5 years of experience in: o System training delivery
- Minimum 5 years of experience in: o User support within government or enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle iSupplier
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle iProcurement
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle Purchasing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle Sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle systems, including: o Oracle Inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing and incident management systems.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to explain and train users in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
