Lead Solution Architect

Candidate must be based in Qatar

• Lead and Implement enterprise-level network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership and support the team of L2 engineers for large-scale city-wide WAN network implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, security, cloud, and application teams to ensure seamless network integration.
• Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software solutions (Huawei, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation including high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents.
• Perform capacity planning, risk assessments, and network performance tuning.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as an escalation point for complex network issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards across all network solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for innovation and optimization.

• Valid and active HCIE/CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and operations.
• Deep expertise in routing & switching, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, VPNs, and network segmentation.
• Hands‑on experience with Huawei/Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Meraki, ACI, and DNA Center.
• Experience with cloud networking (GCP/Azure) and hybrid architectures.
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and integration with firewalls and NAC solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
