Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Request modules.
- Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, integrations, and access controls.
- Configure and customize forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, and business rules.
- Develop automations and REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
- Support upgrades, patches, deployments, and ensure upgrade-safe configurations.
- Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and discovery integrations.
- Document configurations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy platform support and customization.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
