Solutions Architect

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Solution Architect & Tech Leader to drive the design and delivery of a cloud-based data visibility platform. This role is for someone who thinks end-to-end, leads from the front, and can translate complex business needs into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.

• Lead the architecture and technical design of a cloud-based data visibility and analytics platform.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using .NET and modern cloud-native principles.
• Architect and integrate data pipelines and analytics workflows using Databricks.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, Dev Ops, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Review code, architecture designs, and system integrations to maintain high quality.
• Stay ahead of emerging cloud, data, and architecture trends — and apply them where they actually add value.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant exposure to solution architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in .NET / C# and backend system design.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, big data processing, or analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data visibility solutions.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and cloud data stores.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and own architectural outcomes.
