Data Science Lead

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to analyze, model, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights for stakeholders across smart city and digital platform initiatives. This role combines expertise in computer science, statistics, and mathematics to develop predictive and prescriptive models, deliver advanced analytics solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Employ advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical methods to deliver smart city use cases.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• Explore and examine datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models to support business and operational objectives.
• Visualize findings using industry-standard reporting and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers to automate model scoring, workflows, and processes.
• Monitor and fine-tune model performance in production, adapting to new variables, evolving requirements, and industry best practices.

• Expertise in applied mathematics and statistical analysis.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools for clear communication of insights.

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role or equivalent analytics position.
