VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
Required Skills- 5-10 years’ experience with solid hands on Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in Systems Center Orchestrator.
- Excellent System Center skills (primary) with other technologies (AD, Exchange, etc.).
- Experience with the following Microsoft technologies:
Windows Server OS 2003/2008 R2/2012, ISA 2006/TMG, WSUS, SCCM, Blackberry, Windows Clustering & Windows Load Balancing on Windows 2003/2008, Power Shell.
- Day-to-day administration of Microsoft Windows servers.
- Monitor critical servers (Exchange, Blackberry, Domain Controllers, MOSS) to ensure proper functioning, monitor disk usage, check critical alerts.
- Configure Blackberry devices for senior management and troubleshoot Blackberry devices.
- Configure Exchange mailboxes – e.g., move to higher quota, grant rights to mailboxes.
- Participate in periodic maintenance of servers (restart, upgrade).
- Assist application team for infrastructure related issues.
- Provide support to helpdesk and staff regarding server/application related issues.
- Install Windows on physical servers as required.
- Periodically update Windows patches and harden servers as per schedule.
- Proactively take ownership and resolve technical issues to closure.
- Available on call 24/7/365, may include presence in office at late night hours or outside office hours.
- Involved in project related activities from Microsoft Infrastructure side and ensure project is closed and target dates met.
- Maintain sound technical knowledge of Windows, AD, Exchange, ISA, TMG, MOSS, Blackberry, WSUS, SMS, SCCM and updates as technology grows.
- Implement disaster recovery solution using Double-Take for physical servers and test plan to meet objectives.
- Actively participate in team and assist other teammates as required.
- Provide improvement plan for Microsoft technologies in alignment with bank objectives.
- Provide / review technical solutions / designs for new and existing projects / infrastructure.

Selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and be deployed to one of the leading banks in Qatar.
