Byte Crew is hiring an L1 Service Desk Agent in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide first-line IT support to a large enterprise user base, handling calls, logging tickets, and performing resolutions. A diploma or relevant degree and 2+ years of customer-facing service desk experience are required. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory is necessary, along with fluency in Arabic and English.

The role involves rotational shifts and aims for high-quality user experiences.
