The Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Support Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end support across Microsoft cloud platforms, focusing on licensing, tenant management, activation, and troubleshooting. The role ensures effective deployment and support of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform services while ensuring compliance and user satisfaction.

• Manage Microsoft licensing including assignment, activation, and compliance.
• Handle tenant setup, configuration, and administration.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including troubleshooting and activation.
• Manage Azure portal activities and resolve related issues.
• Design and maintain Microsoft-based portals.
• Support Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Troubleshoot cloud and licensing issues.
• Act as liaison between teams and customers.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Microsoft certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in Microsoft cloud support and licensing.
• Problem-solving, communication, customer focus, attention to detail.

• Azure Cloud Management:
  Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure portal operations, including subscription management, resource provisioning, access control, and troubleshooting cloud services.
• Microsoft 365 Administration & Support:
  Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, license assignment, service activation, and issue resolution across Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Microsoft Licensing & Compliance:
  Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models (CSP, Enterprise Agreements), with the ability to manage license allocation, ensure compliance, and optimize cost usage.
• Portal Development & Configuration:
  Ability to design, deploy, and manage portals within Microsoft ecosystems, ensuring proper integration, security, and performance.
• Power Platform Expertise:
  Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages (portals), with focus on licensing, activation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Tenant & Identity Management:
  Experience in managing Microsoft tenants, including identity and access management using Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD), security configurations, and user lifecycle management.

• Attention to Detail & Accountability:
  Ensures accuracy in licensing, configurations, and system changes, while taking ownership of tasks and following through to successful resolution.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring issues, solutions, and system changes are well understood and properly managed.
• Customer Focus & Service Orientation:
  Maintains a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality support, ensuring user satisfaction, responsiveness, and professionalism in handling requests and incidents.
