Associate - Data & AI Strategy; Qatari National

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the development of Data & AI transformation strategies, business cases, and value‑driven recommendations for government and enterprise clients.
• Assist in analyzing and structuring business challenges using research, data analysis, and hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving approaches.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on global and regional trends in Data & AI, Generative AI, sovereign AI, and digital transformation.
• Contribute to the identification, assessment, and prioritization of Data & AI use cases aligned with client strategic objectives and business value.
• Participate in client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and discovery sessions to gather insights and support solution development.
• Produce high‑quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, analytical models, and workshop materials under guidance of senior team members.
• Help develop implementation roadmaps, adoption plans, and value‑realization frameworks to enable measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with advisory and technical delivery teams to understand AI solution implementation, deployment approaches, and operational sustainability.
• Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, capability presentations, and business development activities by preparing research and supporting materials.
• Actively participate in learning and capability development initiatives, continuously building expertise in consulting, Data & AI, analytics, and industry best practices.

• Experience developing Data & AI transformation strategies, business cases, and recommendations for government or enterprise clients.
• Ability to analyze and structure business challenges using research, data analysis, and hypothesis‑driven approaches.
• Knowledge of market research and benchmarking on global and regional trends in Data & AI and digital transformation.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and prioritising Data & AI use cases that deliver client value.
• Proficiency in facilitating client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and discovery sessions.
• Skilled at delivering client deliverables such as presentations, reports, analytical models, and workshop materials.
• Capability in supporting the creation of implementation roadmaps, adoption plans, and value‑realization frameworks.
• Collaborative mindset for working with advisory and technical delivery teams on AI solution implementation and deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field from a recognised university. A master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or professional certifications in analytics, AI, or strategy are preferred.
• 0‑2 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business transformation, data science, or similar problem‑solving roles.
• Strong academic performance and evidence of leadership potential through extracurricular or professional activities.
• Exposure to Data & AI, digital transformation, or analytics initiatives through internships, project work, or academic research is an advantage.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
