The Solution Design & Delivery Lead is responsible for maximizing the business value of IT investments across corporate applications (Pre‑Sales, Sales, Marketing & Loyalty, Services, Parts & Procurement, Finance, P&C & Administration). This role acts as a strategic partner to business units, translating business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions and ensuring design, delivery, and adoption. It is accountable for end‑to‑end solution lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
PrincipalAccountabilities
- Partner with Business Leaders:
Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value. - Champion Business‑IT Alignment:
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals. - Define Solution Roadmaps:
Lead the design of technical solutions that address current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture. - Translate Business Requirements:
Convert business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solution designs. - Oversee Solution Implementation:
Manage delivery of IT projects and enhancements, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Drive Change Management:
Develop and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication, and support to ensure successful solution uptake. - Evaluate Emerging Technologies:
Continuously research and assess new technologies, recommending innovative solutions to business challenges. - Monitor Performance and Benefits Realization:
Track solution performance against KPIs and drive ongoing optimization to maximize business impact. - Manage Vendor Relationships:
Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery of high‑quality solutions and services.
- Education - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
- Strong functional expertise in SAP IS‑AUTO, with hands‑on experience in SAP VSS (Vehicle Sales and Service) and SAP Warranty Management.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end After Sales and workshop processes in automotive environments.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP FI, SD and MM.
- Proven experience in solution design, delivery, testing, change management, and user adoption.
- Experience supporting business‑critical After Sales operations in complex SAP landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
