Job Description
We are looking to hire a consultant IT Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist senior project managers for day‑to‑day activities.
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documents such as plans, status reports, and logs.
- Manage small‑sized projects.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.
- Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA.
- Quality Assurance test experience—familiarity with test script preparation, execution, bug raising, and vendor reporting.
- Ability to write procedures and prepare training materials for a new system.
- Training experience.
- High‑level knowledge of Demand Management and resource & capacity planning processes.
- Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience preparing management reports, executive summaries, presentations/status reports, and management dashboards.
