TS Controller - Cyber Security (Offensive Security/Red Team)
About the role:
This role is part of the MATAR-IT Cyber Safety & Risk Administration group, with a main role in tactical cyber‑attack analysis, testing and evaluation, cyber intelligence, and red or purple teaming. The prospect will have experience in operational tactical execution, screening, proof‑of‑concept development, and evaluation. The candidate will need to have experience in carrying out technical research studies and recognizing approaches to spot emerging cyber hazards, emulating full‑life‑cycle cyber‑attack methods, and a deep technological understanding of developing Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs).
responsibilities
- Strong experience with carrying out infiltration examinations and performing red team interactions.
- Pertinent experience in detailed security and foe simulation.
- Thorough expertise of international cyber threats, threat stars, and the techniques, tactics, and procedures used by cyber adversaries.
- Proficiency with exploitation and post‑exploitation tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit Framework, and Empire.
- Solid knowledge of core Information Technology concepts such as Windows & Active Directory, Unix/Linux, continuous integration via collaboration with threat simulation, vulnerability monitoring, and technical design.
- Ability to assimilate risk intelligence and transform threat knowledge into actionable guidelines and notifications.
- Minimum 5 years leading critical incident response efforts.
- Graduate in Computer/IT or equivalent.
- Focused on penetration testing by emulating real‑world attack methods and techniques.
- Full‑stack expertise to understand modern attacks involving networks, application layers, and infrastructure.
- Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong written and verbal communication.
- Sector certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, and GPEN.
