We are seeking a Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is responsible in supporting Oracle HCM and Performance Management activities, including systemanalysis, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, workflow support,documentation, UAT coordination, and production support. The role requiresclose coordination with HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams toensure smooth Oracle HCM operations and continuous process improvement.

• Analyzebusiness requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management.
• Providetechno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules.
• Configure,troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes.
• Supportworkflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and relatedintegrations.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
• Preparefunctional and technical documentation.

  UAT activities and deployment coordination.
• Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Workwith technical teams for customization, reporting, and integrationrequirements.
• Ensuretimely support and resolution of operational issues.
• Use AItools and modern technologies to improve productivity, accelerateanalysis, support code generation, and enhance delivery efficiency.

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM modules, especially Performance Management
  .
• Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS / SSHR environment.
• Experience in Oracle workflows, approval processes, and notifications.
• Abilityto analyze business requirements and convert them into functionalsolutions.
• Experience in issue analysis, testing, UAT support, and production support.
• Good understanding of SQL and reporting concepts.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in offshore support engagements.
